Robert Pavlick, Sr.

Pavlick, Robert, Sr., 84, Windber went to be with our Lord and Saviour on January 24, 2016 at home.  Born Sept. 29, 1931 in Johnstown son of the late Michael and Anna (Pazin) Pavlick.  Also preceded in death by sister Catherine Chorik, and an infant sister Anna Mae.

Survived by wife former Margaret Makuch, and these children: Robert, Jr., Gregory, and wife Linda, & Matthew, all of Windber, and Cynthia (Marvin) Sheffler, Irwin.  Loving grandfather to Emily & Seth Sheffler, & Stacey Pavlick.

Brother of Raymond, and wife Judy, Sacramento, & Nancy (Pavlick) Haddle, Johnstown.  Robert was a retiree of Bethlehem Steel Corp. with 35 years service.  Army veteran of Korean Crisis.  Robert was an avid Steeler fan.

Member of SS. Peter & Paul Orthodox Church, Windber, where funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 10:00 a.m.  Very Rev. Miles Zdinak, pastor.  Interment church cemetery with military graveside rite by Windber VFW Ritual Team.  At Robert’s request there will be no public viewing or visitation.  Memorial contributions may be made to Windber Hospice in Robert’s memory.  Arrangement by Meek & Dalla Valle Funeral Home, Inc.
