Carolyn J. Zupanchick

Zupanchick, Mrs. Carolyn J., 75, Richland Twp. Passed away after a 3 year battle with ALL Leukemia on Feb. 23, 2017 at Chan Soon-Shiong Medical Center, Windber. Born Aug. 7, 1941 in Windber. Daughter of John and Helen (Klimchok) Polasko. Preceded in death by parents, husband Anthony and son Joseph. Survived by son Anthony, married to Tanya, Hermitage, PA and daughter Caroline, wife of Douglas McMahon, Richland. Grandchildren Jonathan Sirianni and wife Katie, Kayla Wirick, Kyle Wirick, Nicholas McMahon, Aidan McMahon, Krissy Esch, Martin Zupanchick, Sasha Zupanchick and Daniel. Great-grandchildren Logan, Noah, Carter, and Dominick. Also sister Lois Suckart, Ohio and numerous nieces and nephews. Member of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, Windber. She enjoyed spending time with her family and loved her polkas. Special thanks to the Oncology Center at Hershey Medical Center for their excellent care.
