Coolbaugh, Walter J. Jr., 92, Conemaugh Township, Somerset County, he went home to be with his Lord and savior, December 14, 2020 at home. Born December 28, 1927 in Johnstown, son of the late Walter J. Sr. and Alice M. (Smethurst) Coolbaugh. Preceded in death by wife, Judith Ball; son, John Coolbaugh Sr.; grandson, John Coolbaugh Jr.; sisters, Mary Alice Coolbaugh Hanson and Olive Repine. Survived by loving sons, Robert Coolbaugh, South Fork; David Ball, Conemaugh Township; and William Coolbaugh, Lewistown; daughters, Becky Shaffer, Windber; and Barbara J. Shaw married to Donald, Uniontown; grandchildren, Donald, John Jr., Eric, William, Crystal, Kimberly, Jasmine, Jacob, Jessica, and Wesley ; 11 great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews. He was a U.S. Army Veteran serving during the Korean War. He was a member of the Tire Hill American Legion and Moxham GBU. Private burial at Richland Cemetery.
