Shaffer, Sherry Lyn, 72, Ebensburg, passed away August 16, 2022 at Memorial Medical Center. Born January 7, 1950 in Johnstown, daughter of the late, John R. and Ruby (Zimmerman) Thomson. Preceded in death by husband, Eddie Shaffer. Survived by loving son, Eric Miller Sr. married to Lisa; daughter, Lyn Livingston; grandson, Eric Miller Jr. married to Heather; brothers, Victor Valchine Sr. married to Lisa; William Thomson married to Susan; sisters, Mary Mitchell married to Bucky; Toni Chicarell; also by numerous nieces and nephews. Sherry loved to watch SyFi movies, reading and loved spending time with family and her lovable Frankie. Family will receive friends Friday, August 19th from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. at Meek & Dalla Valle Funeral Home, Windber. Memorial contributions may be directed to the Susan G.
