Vance, Sarah R., 93, Windber, passed away November 23, 2020. Born October 13, 1927 in Windber, daughter of the late Sam and Sadie (DiPaola) Costa. Preceded in death by husband, Bernard Vance Sr., and sister in law, Nadine Costa. Survived by loving son, Bernard Vance Jr. married Sharon, New Hope, PA; brother, Joseph Costa, Alabama. Sarah was a faithful member of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, Windber. Family will have a private viewing at the funeral home. Friends invited to attend her Funeral mass celebrated 11:00 a.m. Friday, November 27, at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, Windber, Fr. Rod Soha. Committal St. Anthony Cemetery, Windber.
