Sarah Kause Obituary

Kause, Sarah Jane, 87, Windber, passed away Feb. 25, 2022. Born Oct. 20, 1934 in Confluence, PA. Daughter of George and Helen Chmiel. Preceded in death by parents, husband Russell and son Gary Kause. Survived by son Joseph Kause and wife Theresa, Windber and sister Patricia Cassanese, Florida. Also numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and special caretakers, granddaughter Tracy and Jerry. Retired as a housekeeper at Windber Hospital. She enjoyed gambling and going to the casino. The family will receive friends from 2:00 to 6:30pm Tuesday at Meek & Dalla Valle Funeral Home, Inc., Windber, where funeral will be held at 11:00 am Wednesday. Pastor Joe Brown, officiating. Interment Berkey cemetery, Windber.
