Osborn, Robert P., 74, Windber, passed away November 2, 2023. Born November 27, 1948 in Johnstown. Son of Robert D. and Helen M. (Deshong) Osborn. Preceded in death by parents, son Evan and nephew David Gindlesperger. Survived by loving wife of 51 years Carol (Palumbo) and son Robert I., Hooversville. Brother to Sandra, wife of Vernon Negus, Richford, NY, Donald and wife Susan, Joanne Osborn and David, all of Johnstown. Also sister-in-law Lorraine, wife of Gregory Gindlesperger, Windber. Formerly employed by Basic Engineering and Hiram G. Andrews. At the request of the deceased services will be private. Arrangements by Meek and Dalla Valle Funeral Home, Windber.
