Michael "Mickey" Joyce Grisin

GRISIN, Michael "Mickey" Joyce, 75, Windber, passed away on Aug. 28, 2018 at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center. Born Dec. 1, 1942 in Lakemore, OH. Daughter of Wilbur and Margaret (Joyce) Rodgers. Preceded in death by parents, husband Michael, son Michael III, daughter Lisa Sturtz and sister Margie Rager. Survived by these children Paula, wife of Herman “Jr” Beers, Susan, wife of William “Bill” Fritz, Rodger Shepko, and wife Kym and Danna, wife of Harold “Chuck” Sturtz. 9 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren. Sister Janet, wife of Dave Lake and numerous nieces, nephews and her companion dog “Gizmo.” Mickey accepted everyone like they were family and was never judgmental. She enjoyed making soup, adult coloring books and was an avid Steelers fan. Visitation will be held from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm Friday at Meek & Dalla Valle Funeral Home Inc., Windber, where funeral will be held at 9:00 am Saturday. Rev. Valerie Conrad-Dembinsky, officiating.
