Michael F. Lint

Lint, Michael F., 76, Windber, passed away April 14, 2023 at Select Specialty Hospital, Downtown Johnstown. Born September 11, 1946 in Villejuif, France, son of the late Roy and Suzanne (Girerd) Lint. Preceded in death by brothers, Jerry, Morris and Larry Lint; brother in law, Donald Horvath; and by nephews, Jason and Greg Horvath. Survived by loving brother, Paul D. Lint; sisters, Audree C. Lint; Anne P. Horvath; Betty married to Jack Petrilla; Bernadette married to Steve Pavis, all of Windber; Nancy M. married to Fred Hawn, Spring Mills, PA; sisters in law, Danna Johnson, Patton; Carole Lint, Alexandria, Virginia; and Linda Lint, Ephrata, PA; also by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews. Michael served in the U.S. Army, retired from the U.S. Postal Service and was a devout catholic, member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church in Windber. Family will receive friends Friday, April 21st from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at Meek & Dalla Valle Funeral Home of Windber, where vigil service will be held. Funeral mass will be celebrated 10 a.m. Saturday, April 22nd at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, Windber, Fr. Rod. Committal with military honors by Windber VFW at St. John Cantius Catholic Cemetery, Windber.
