Matthew Lombardi Obituary

Lombardi, Matthew, 55, Windber, passed away April 19, 2022 at Windber Hospital. Born December 10, 1966 in Windber. Preceded in death by mother, Ann E. (Kondas) Lombardi; and brother, Anthony Lombardi. Survived by loving father, Donald Lombardi, Windber; sisters, Deborah married to Martin Ricci, Richland; and Christine married to Brett Hollern, State College; nieces, Sheena married to James Selapack; Jenna Ricci-Dykes; and Kate Hollern; nephew, Ben Hollern; great niece, India Selapack; and great nephews, Atlas and Ezra Selapack. Matthew was a member of the Windber Dog Run Committee, Polish Falcons, Slovak Club, VFW and American Legions. He enjoyed nature, loved spending time at his camp entertaining friends, and was an avid hunter who enjoyed the outdoors and belonged to Windber Sportsman's. Matthew was a fun loving, free spirit who lived in the moment and enjoyed life to its fullest. Family will receive friends Saturday, April 23rd from 4:00 p.m.to 6:00 p.m. followed by celebration of life service at Meek & Dalla Valle Funeral Home, Windber, Rev. Joe Brown, officiating.
