Surkosky, Mary Faye, 74, Countryside Personal Care, Friedens, PA. Passed away Jan. 5, 2020 at Windber Hospice. Born Mar. 28, 1945 in Windber. Daughter of Joseph and Martha (Weaver) Surkosky. Preceded in death by parents, brothers Robert, Donald, Richard and nephew Jason Lees. Survived by sisters Ruth, wife of Richard Lees, Windber, Betty, wife of William Plummer, Summerhill, Sherry, wife of Jeffrey Berkey, Indian Lake and sister-in-law Freddie Surkosky, Stafford, Va. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Mary Faye graduated from Woodvale School for Exceptional Children. She loved holidays with her family and the Pittsburgh Pirates. Special thanks to Countryside Personal Care for their loving care of Mary Faye. Services will be private at the request of the family.
