Chappell, Mary E., 75, Windber, passed away November 12, 2023. Born May 24, 1948 in Windber. Daughter of the late Roy and Buena (Ward) Erhard. Also preceded by her husband Dewynn Chappell. Survived by sons Roy and Don Chappell, granddaughter Livia Chappell and brother Roy Erhard. Mary enjoyed reading, playing bingo, crocheting and needlepoint. The family will receive friends from 2-7 pm Wednesday at Meek and Dalla Valle Funeral Home, Windber, where funeral will be held at 11:00 am Thursday. Pastor Doug Knupp, officiating. Interment Richland Cemetery.
