Martha L. (Sepek) Snyder-Taylor

Mrs. Martha L. (Sepek) Snyder-Taylor died peacefully at the seasoned age of 96 at Windber Woods.  She was born on July 1, 1923 in Windber to the now deceased John and Augusta nee Withkosky Sepek.  She was preceded in death by her first husband H. Stanley Snyder and then her second husband Otis Taylor.  Four brothers also predeceased her. She is survived by her children Eileen, wife of George Maruschok, of Windber, and son Raymond Snyder, and his wife Mae Jean, also of Windber. She was the loving grandma to Stephanie, wife of Sean Birkhimer, Windber, Jason Snyder, Elwood City, Matthew Maruschok, and his wife Theresa, of Windber, Christine, wife of John Bibby, Windber, and Eve Maruschok, Windber.  She is also survived by seven grandchildren and one great great grandchild. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Martha was the last member of her immediate family. She formerly worked as a clerk in retail sales. She was of the Protestant faith and was a member of Calvary United Methodist Church in Windber.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service at noon Saturday at the funeral home. The Rev. Ron St. Clair will officiate. Interment will follow immediately at the Richland Cemetery.
