Kovach, Mrs. Marion, 102, Windber died June 30, 2019 at Windber Woods. Born May 20, 1917 in Lovely daughter of the now late Lawrence E. and Essie Mae (Ling) Corle. Also preceded in death by husband Louis, brothers Merle, Irvin, and Tom Corle, and sisters Hazel Allison, and Marie Stanko, son-in-law Paul Pahel, and daughter-in-law Dottie Kovach.. Survived by these children: Phyllis Johnson, Windber, Steve and wife Margie, Windber, and Betty Pahel, Elton. Loving grandmother to seven grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, and six great, great grandchildren. Marion was a wonderful mother and grandmother. She also was a wonderful cook, baker, and overall homemaker. Her hobbies included pinochle, bingo, and traveling. Former member of former Hungarian Reformed Church. Friends received from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Meek & Dalla Valle Funeral Home, Inc., Windber where service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday. The Rev. Valerie Conrad-Dembinsky will officiate.
