Holsopple, Marianne, 87, Silver Spring, Maryland, passed away December 20, 2020 at Greenway Manor, Ellicott City, Maryland. Born November 23, 1933 in Munich, Germany, daughter of the late Johann Georg and Rosalia (Bauer) Schaufler. Preceded in death by loving husband, Henry Walter; and brother, Hans Schaufler. Survived by loving son, Robert Holsopple married to Carrie Baran, Ellicott City, Maryland; loving daughter, Janet Touse, West River, Maryland; brother, Paul Schaufler; sister, Magda married to Luciano Magnan; grandchildren, Renee Touse, Lucia Baran, Henry Holsopple and Edward Holsopple. She was a faithful Catholic, and enjoyed Nascar and rescuing Birds. A private family viewing will be held at the funeral home and committal service at Richland Cemetery with Fr. Rod Soha. Arrangements entrusted to Meek & Dalla Valle Funeral Home, Windber.
