Marcia J. Berkebile

Berkebile, Marcia J., 69, Windber, passed away April 22, 2022 at Windber Hospital. Born November 11, 1952 in Windber, daughter of the late Stanley and Leola (Figard) Lensie. Preceded in death by loving husband, Lowell Berkebile; and infant daughter, Sara Beth. Survived by loving son, Justin Berkebile married to Jenna, Windber; brothers, Thomas Lensie married to Kathy, South Carolina; Timothy Lensie married to Brenda, Sidman; and Gregory Lensie married to Jackie, Colorado; sister, Patricia married to Bill Miller, Alum Bank; cherished dog, Schultz; also by numerous nieces and nephews. Marcia was a faithful member of Rummel Church of the Brethren, Windber, where she served her church multiple capacities on the church board and funeral luncheon preparation group. She enjoyed gardening, traveling, baking and was active in the relay for life. Marcia was instrumental in planning and overseeing the Windber class of 1970 reunion's. Family will receive friends from 2 to 4 & 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, May 2nd at Meek & Dalla Valle Funeral Home, Windber, where deacon service will be held at 7p.m. Friends received Tuesday, May 3rd from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Celebration of Life service at Rummel Church of the Brethren, Windber, Rev.
