Rush, Kenneth Joseph, 30, Windber, passed away April 24, 2021, due to a drug overdose, the light of a funny, smart, kind hearted spirit was taken from our lives by a senseless and relentless drug. We fought as hard as we knew how to help Kenny, but in the end he lost his battle with addiction. Born on September 3, 1990 in Windber, son of David and Sarah (Walker) Rush. Preceded in death by maternal grandparents, John "Skip" and Louise (Nyda) Walker; paternal grandparents, Joseph and Mary Ellen (Krise) Rush. Survived by loving sister, Christina Rush; nephew, Jordan Romani; fiance, Alyssa Adkins; also by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Kenny worked as a diesel mechanic at GapVax, Johnstown. He enjoyed playing video games, working on cars and taking his fur baby "Rex" for walks in the woods. At the request of his family all services will be private.
