Brannon, Joseph F., 86, Windber, passed away May 27, 2023, at home. Born March 20, 1937, in Cumberland, MD, son of the late James and Theresa (Ward) Brannon. Preceded in death by wife, Mary (Nan) Brannon; grandson, Joey Brannon; and by brother-in-law, Bob Otto. Survived by loving son, Michael Todd Brannon married to Marie, Lorain Borough; grand-daughter, Marie Fay married to Josh Duell; great grandchildren, Layla, Lilly, Laina and Michael; also, by sister-in-law, Jane Otto, brothers-in-law, Rick Neder and wife Pam; Joe Neder married to Alice; and by niece, Heather Otto. Joe was a faithful Catholic, life member of St. Anthony of Padua Church. He enjoyed taking care of his yard and was meticulous in maintaining his property in Windber. Joe was an avid Steelers, Pirates and Notre Dame fan. At Joe's request, all services will be Private.
