Acevedo, John J., 65, Windber, passed away September 4, 2023 at home. Born November 17, 1957 in Berwick, Pa; son of the late Raymond and Belma (Kile) Acevedo. Preceded in death by sister, Tattoo. Survived by loving companion, Veronica M. Grohal; step-sons, Mark Grohal married to Barb; Matt Grohal married to Karen; and Ralph Natta married to Becky; step-daughter, Robin Natta; step-grandchildren, Amanda, Mitchell, Aryka, Nathan, Hannah and Ryan; step great-grandchildren, Sadie, Cameron and Avery. John was a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church in Windber. At the request of John, there will be no viewing or service.
