Waldman, JoAnn, 85, Columbus, Ohio, passed away January 15, 2021 in Columbus, Ohio. Born December 30, 1935 in Windber, daughter of the late Clay H. and Mary Louise (Allen) Barndollar II. Preceded in death by son, John A. Waldman Jr., daughter in law, Kimberly (Floyd) Waldman; and niece, Lisa Barndollar. Survived by loving husband of 62 years, John A. Waldman Sr.; children, Matthew Waldman, both of Columbus; Christine Waldman, Seattle; brother, Clay H. Barndollar III. married to Lorraine, Thurmont, MD; granddaughter, Cozette Waldman Torres, Seattle. JoAnn was a graduate of Windber High School and Windber School of Nursing, she was a retired nurse serving for 30 years at Doctor’s Hospital, Columbus, Ohio. She was a faithful member of St. Cecelia Catholic Church, Columbus, Ohio and St. Marys Hungarian Catholic Church, Windber. Private family viewing at the funeral home and Funeral mass celebrated at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, Windber,. Committal Richland Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Meek & Dalla Valle Funeral Home, Windber.
