Ursino, James W., 93, Windber, passed away Nov. 23, 2020. Born Jan. 19, 1927 in Windber. Son of Celestino and Anna (Bartolomucci) Ursino. Preceded in death by parents, wife Mafalda (Scaglione), brothers Edward and Joseph and sister Virginia Ursino. Survived by brother Alfred Ursino and wife Joanne. Member of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, Windber. Navy Veteran, WWII. Retired from Bethlehem Steel.
