Miller, James P., “Peachy,” 72, Windber, passed away January 2, 2023 at Windber Hospice. Son of Frank and Helen (Lenusky) Miller. Preceded in death by parents, sister Nancy Sell, brothers-in-law Fred Sell and Ricky Simpson. Survived by wife Sonya, daughters Megan, wife of Tim Manges and Marsha and special friend John Beckley, grandchildren Meadow and Madden Manges, brother Frank (Carol) Miller, sisters Kathy (Pat) Minitti and Janet (Bill) Jablon, sisters-in-law Stacey Simpson and Pauline Simpson and numerous nieces and nephews. Member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, Windber. Avid Windber, Pitt and Steeler fan. Member of the Windber Moose Lodge 349, Windber American Legion Post 137 and Polish Falcons. The family will receive friends from 11:00 am to 12:45 pm, Friday at Meek and Dalla Valle Funeral Home, Windber. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 1:00 pm Friday at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, Windber. Fr. Rod Soha, pastor. Committal All Faiths Chapel and Mausoleum, Windber. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Windber Ramblers Lettermen's Club or Windber Hospice in memory of Peachy.
