Survived by father, Roger Smeak married to Darlene; son, Shawn Martinez married to Ashley; daughter, Allysha married to Tay Christen Taylor; grandchildren, Hayden, Sam, Madison, Isaiah and Noah; brother, Gary; sisters, Becky Gordon-Giron; Veronica Smeak; Heidi married to Shawn Leydig; and Theresa Smeak; also by numerous nieces and nephews and beloved family in Tennessee and Louisiana.
