Blank, Jacob A., 27, Boswell, passed away November 11, 2022 at Allegheny General Hospital. Born June 14, 1995 in Somerset. Survived by loving wife, Kaylee Blank; children, Xavier Blank, Paisley Blank and soon to be born son; brothers, Mark and Lil Boone Blank; sisters, Jennifer married to Gene Foust; Heather and Brianna Blank; parents, Duane and Shirley (Harman) Blank. Jacob was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing. He loved his family, and will be missed by his wife, children and parents.
