Frances J. Harclerode

Harclerode, Frances J., 83, Windber, passed away April 21, 2022 at Memorial Medical Center. Born June 26, 1938 in Windber, daughter of the late Joseph and Freda (Frye) Foust. Preceded in death by brothers, George and Richard Foust; sisters, Alice Cook; Ethel Figard and LaRue Price; also by son in law, Barry Schmidt. Survived by loving husband of 65 years, Raymond E. Harclerode; children, David Harclerode married to Tina, all of Windber; Thomas Harclerode married to Pamela, Virginia; Karen Schmidt, Richland Township; and Terri married to James Cubeta, Virginia; grandchildren, Jessica, Andrew, Travis, Jared, Jaymie, Jeanna, Paige and Madeline; great grandchildren, Alyssa, Jason, Cade, Carter, Barrett, Ruby and Gavin; siblings, Edward Foust; Robert Foust; Shirley Deyarmin; and Mary Manges; also by numerous nieces and nephews. Frances was a faithful life member of Scalp Level Covenant Brethren Church, Windber. She served for many years as a Tax Collector for Paint Borough. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and Gigi who will be sadly missed. At the request of Frances, all services will be private for her family.
