Eric Walter Yost

Eric Yost, 60, loving husband, father, and grandfather passed away January 6 surrounded by family. He was preceded in death by his father, brothers, and sister. He is survived by his mother Verna and siblings, his loving wife Dawn, son Ryan, daughters Jessica, Sonia, Carrie, Erika, Amanda, Anna, and several sons-in-law. Eric will be remembered for what mattered the most to him: his family and his faith in Christ. Being a devoted "Pappy" to 14 grandchildren, his heart was always full. They were his pride and joy. Eric wanted them, and the whole world to know "God is good, all the time. All the time, God is good." Per Eric's request, there will be no viewing, Memorial service will be held Saturday January 16th at Windber Church of the Brethren. Doors will open at 10 a.m. for family visitation with service to follow at 11:00 a.m. with his Pastor, Rev. Joe Brown, officiating. Arrangements entrusted to Meek & Dalla Valle Funeral Home, Windber.
