Eric Lee Klinedinst

Klinedinst, Eric Lee Sr., 76, Boswell, passed away September 15, 2023 at home surrounded by his loving family. Born July 11, 1947 in Columbus, OH, son of the late Russell F. and Hazel Marie (Walker) Klinedinst. Preceded in death by brothers, Tim and Russell Klinedinst. Survived by loving wife, Linda L. (Lockhart) Klinedinst; children, Barbara; Eric Lee Jr. "Ricky"; Barry Morris married to Amanda; Christopher Morris married to Stella; and Crystal married to Edward Hanzek; 11 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; sister, Lynn married to Leonard Blevins; brother, Earl Klinedinst; and by numerous nieces and nephews. Eric was a proud U.S. Army veteran serving during the Vietnam War. He enjoyed traveling, was a dedicated New York City Police officer and recently retired as a Pennsylvania Park Ranger. Eric was an avid outdoorsman, who enjoyed fishing, target shooting, planting flowers and maintained his yard meticulously. He loved his family, his greatest joy was to spend time at picnics and campfires. Eric's favorite tv shows were NCIS, Law & Order, Bones and Forensic Files. Family will receive friends Tuesday, September 19th from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Service to be held at Meek & Dalla Valle Funeral Home of Windber, Pastor Barry Ferguson, officiating.
