Edith Caroline (Bossi) Fyfe

Fyfe, Edith Caroline (Bossi), 102, Sarasota, Florida formerly of Windber, passed away June 9, 2021 at home surrounded by her loving family. Born September 18, 1918 in Windber, daughter of the late Attilio and "Anna" Bonita (Manotti) Bossi. Preceded in death by loving husband, John R. Fyfe; daughter, Johnna R. Minniti; grandson, Thomas Minniti; also by 12 siblings. Survived by loving daughter, Kathleen married to Arnold Colon, Sarasota, FL; 5 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild; sister, Margaret Kowalski, Erie PA; son in law, Alfred Minniti, Phoenix, AZ; and numerous nieces and nephews. Edith was a faithful life member of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, Windber. She served as treasurer of the Ladies Guild for 35 years, "Rambler Reds" Red Hat Society; Somerset Farm Women's Society and an avid golfer. Family will receive friends Wednesday, June 16th. from 9 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. at Meek & Dalla Valle Funeral Home, Windber. Funeral mass will be celebrated 11:00 a.m. at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, Windber, Fr. Rod.
