83, Richland Township, passed away May 4, 2022 at home surrounded by her loving family. Born April 29, 1939 in Johnstown, daughter of the late Joseph and Veronica (Gross) Barkhimer. Preceded in death by husband, Donald Myers; beloved cat, Inky. Survived by loving son, Timothy Myers married to Apryle, Geistown; daughters, Teresa married to Alex Lapinsky, North Carolina; Sharon E. Kenno married to Frank Solensky; Lisa Blough, all of Windber; grandchildren, Melissa Kenno; Michael Kenno; Alexis Lapinsky; Allison Lapinsky; Megan Lapinsky; Sam Blough; Zachary Myers; Kayla Kukenberger; great grandchildren, Shawn, Karter, Isabella, Alisa, Elizabeth, Harper, Dakota and Alana; also by brother, Joseph Barkhimer married to Cynthia, Ohio. Doris was a faithful member of Greater Johnstown Christian Fellowship. Her family would like to thank loving neighbor and cousin, Pam and Ron Berkey, the caregivers at Windber Hospice and Caring Hand's of Wilma's House, Jamie, CeCe, Kasey, Kathy "Judy", Lauren, "New" Kathy, Betty, and Beth for their outstanding personal care of our mom.  Family will receive friends Saturday, May 7th from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Celebration of life service at Meek & Dalla Valle Funeral Home, Windber, Rev.
