Christopher M. Turcato

Turcato, Christopher M., 50, Windber, passed away unexpectedly from a brain aneurysm on August 18, 2020. Born December 26, 1969, son of Leonard and Carolyn (Strapple) Turcato. Preceded in death by mother, baby sister Mary Ann and paternal and maternal grandparents. Survived by loving father, sister Reine Turcato and numerous aunt’s, uncles and cousins. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with family. Chris was a good cook and liked to keep busy. He was also a great carpenter and good with his hands. Avid Steeler and Dale Earnhardt, Jr. fan. The family will receive friends from 3:00 p.m. until time of service at 6:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 25, at Meek & Dalla Valle Funeral Home, Windber. Fr. Rod Soha, officiating. A private committal service will be held at a later date at St. Anthony’s Cemetery, Windber.
