Charles Bottorff Obituary

Bottorff, Charles “Chuck”, 77, Windber, passed away June 1, 2020 at home. Born March 2, 1943 in Windber, son of the late Thomas and Lorna Irene (Wentz) Bottorff. Preceded in death by numerous brothers and sisters. Survived by loving wife, Betty (Yoder) Bottorff, Windber; sons, Charles L. Bottorff married to Jeanette, Windber; Eugene Horner, Johnstown; and Jason Horner married to Heidi, Johnstown; sister, Betty Walters, Windber; grandchildren, Audrieonna, David, Thai, Austin, Ryan, Eugene, Payton and Hailey; also by numerous nieces and nephews. Charles was a retired Sprinklerfitter from Local 669, and a U.S. Army National Guard Veteran. He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, fishing, and camping. He also liked riding his motorcycle, and enjoyed family gatherings where he loved to cook. Visitation and service will be private for his family. Arrangements entrusted to Meek & Dalla Valle Funeral Home, Windber.
