Carisa Lynn Shaffer

Shaffer, Carisa Lynn, 47, Windber, passed away September 22, 2023 at home. Born April 29, 1976 in Windber, daughter of James Shaffer Sr. and Christine (Livingston) Coachman. Preceded in death by father, infant brother, Jeffrey Shaffer; grandmother, Connie Foreman; and by stepfather, Neal Coachman. Survived by loving mother; daughters, Hali married to Ronald Moose; and Jewlee Romani; brother, James Shaffer Jr. married to Becca; sister, Kate married to Chris Stewart; and by K-9 companion, Sarge. Carisa was a beloved mother and enjoyed crafting. Family will receive friends Wednesday, September 27th at Meek & Dalla Valle Funeral Home of Windber from 11:00 a.m. until time of Funeral service to begin at Noon with Rev.
