Bernadette Selfridge Obituary

Selfridge, Bernadette E., 85, Windber, passed away March 15, 2021 at home. Born July 23, 1935 in Gallitzin, PA. Daughter of Telford and Helen (Burns) Selfridge. Preceded in death by parents, sister Dorothy Harvey and brother Thomas. Survived by sister Alice Mowry and numerous nieces and nephews. Graduate of Johnstown Catholic High School and former telephone operator and supervisor at GTE. She was also a former Brownie Girl Scout leader in Windber. She was an avid gardener, animal lover and Pittsburgh sports fan. At her request there will be no viewing or visitation. Memorial contributions may be made to Windber Hospice or the Cambria County Humane Society in memory of Bernadette. Arrangements by Meek and Dalla Valle Funeral Home, Windber.
