Albert W. Fisher

Fisher III., Albert Ward Frederick, "Fred", 85, Ogletown, passed away July 7, 2023 at home surrounded by his loving family. Born April 8, 1938 in Johnstown, son of the late Albert and Mary (Sutor) Fisher. Preceded in death by his first wife, Mert (Shilcosky) Fisher; twin sons, Albert W.F. Fisher IV and Adam W.E. Fisher; daughter, Jordana Marie (Fisher) Clement; sister, Kathryn and an infant brother. Survived by loving wife, Doris (Edwards) Fisher; sons, Roulf D.K. Fisher; Calvin D.M. Fisher and his wife, Debra (Brown); and stepsons, Michael P. Edwards and Richard D. Cauffield; twelve grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren and three great grandsons on the way. Fred was a former employee of Somerset County Housing Authority at Stadium Terrace in Windber. At the request of Fred, there will be no viewing or service. The family would like to thank all the special angels from Windber Hospice who helped with the care and comfort of Fred.
