Ruttkay, Verna M., 96, Windber, passed away January 11, 2017 at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center. Born July 24, 1921 in Windber. Daughter of William & Mary (Soldon) Kolodgy. Preceded in death by parents, husband Martin Ruttkay & brothers William & Robert. She as the last member of her immediate family. Resident of Richland Woods. Past Employee of Penn Traffic Co. in the Jewelry Dept. Enjoyed shopping for fashions. Verna always beheld an impeccable appearance. Verna & Martin belonged to several Country & Social Clubs. They enjoyed their societal life together. Janel, David, David John & Alex Kozak will sadly miss their very special friend. Verna will also be sadly missed by the Versace, Kmett & Mack Family. Visitation will be from 3 to 7 pm, Monday at Meek and Dalla Valle Funeral Home Inc., Windber, where funeral will be held at 12 noon Tuesday. Father Francis Balestino, officiating. Interment Richland Cemetery.
