Borischak, Thomas Andrew, 54, Windber, died Oct. 21, 2018. Born July 16, 1964 in Windber, son of Andrew and Rose (Asher) Borischak. Preceded in death by father, brother Robert and father-in-law James Erb. Survived by mother, Windber, wife former Lynn (Erb), siblings Chris, wife of Darl Pritt, Janice Betz, Michael Borischak and wife Lory, and Jeffrey Borischak and wife Gerri, all of Windber. Also survived by step-sons Shane Campbell and wife Jennifer, Davidsville, and Adam Campbell and fiancée Jessica Buday, Windber. Grandfather to Zander, Jaxton and Remi. Also survived by mother-in-law Linda Erb, Johnstown, brother-in-law to James Erb and wife Christine, Salix, Kimberly, wife of Richard Leverknight, Holsopple, and Pamela (Seese) Borischak, Alum Bank. Tom was a local drywall contractor. Member of LOOM 349 and Polish Falcons, both of Windber. Family will receive friends from 2 to 8 pm Wednesday at Meek & Dalla Valle Funeral Home, Inc., Windber, where service will be held at 10 am Thursday. The Rev. Ray Streets, officiating.
