Locher, Mary Lucy, 83, Windber, passed away Mar. 1, 2018 at Memorial Medical Center. Born Feb. 2, 1935 in Cumberland, MD. Preceded in death by parents, husbard Edward J. Locher, son William Edward Wagner and numerous brothers and sisters. Survived by children Pearl Acevedo, Carol (Bob) Laughard, Maryann (Tex) Laughard, Edward (Laurie) Wagner, Joyce (Rusty) Stull, James (Carla) Wagner and Elmer (Jen) Wagner. Also numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 pm Friday and from 10 until time of service at 11 am Saturday at Meek & Dalla Valle Funeral Home Inc., Windber. Rev. Don Trotz, officiating.
