Janet Moore Obituary

Janet “Sis” (Weaver) Moore (82), beloved Mom, Grandma, and Great-Grandma passed away peacefully in her sleep on October 2, 2018. She bravely battled Alzheimer’s Disease for the past several years. Survived by children David, Lori and Shelly, 8 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. We know she’s joyfully reunited with her husband Roy, her sons Mark and Jeffery, and her parents and brother in Heaven. She smiled until the end, as she always did. She will be remembered for her kindness and caring and missed every day by those who loved her most. The family would especially like to express their deepest gratitude to the staff and caregivers at Forest Hills Personal Care Home for the loving, tender care they provided Janet during her stay. Per her wishes, there will be no viewing or visitation. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to the Alzheimer’s Association in her honor.
