Evalyn M. (Naugle) Ott

Ott, Mrs. Evalyn M., 95, Windber died Apr. 14, 2019 at Windber Hospice. Born Aug. 30, 1923 in Hooversville daughter of the now late Josiah E. & Ertie (Lehman) Naugle. Also preceded in death by husband Alvin in 1985, siblings; infant brother Albert, & infant sister Edith, Florence (John) Ohler, Earl, Alice, Roy & Joseph Naugle , & grandson Brian Gindlesperger. Survived by these children: Edwin R., married to the former Nancy Holsinger, Edythe F. Zschoche, Beverly, wife of James Jackson, Barbara E. Ott, Patricia B. Ott, all of Windber, Alvin E., married to the former Susan Steinruck, Dickson, TN  & Phillip G., married to the former Debra Kinsey, Windber. Also 14 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. Sister of Josephine (Kenneth) Holsopple, Hooversville, and Agnes (Melvin) Weible, Windber. Sister-in-law of Mary, widow of Roy Naugle, Davidsville,  Gladys, widow of Joseph Naugle, Ashland, OH., and Minnie Barkley, Pittsburgh. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.  Lifelong active member of St. Thomas Lutheran Church, Hooversville.  She loved her Lord, her family and her farm life.The family wishes to thank the home care givers and Windber Hospice for their excellent care.The family will receive friends from 2 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Meek & Dalla Valle Funeral Home, Inc., Windber and from 10:00 a.m. until time of service at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at the church. Pastor Nila Cogan will officiate. Interment to follow at the church cemetery.
