Mrs. Deborah A. (Moschgat) Kauffman, 64, Windber died June 28, 2018 at Windber Hospice. Born on August 7, 1953 in Johnstown daughter of Robert and Frances (Carlisle) Moschgat. She was predeceased by her father. She is survived by her mother, Davidsville, husband Ernie Cotterman, Windber, sons Mike and wife Helen and Jason and wife Tina and their children. Sister to Jodie and Tom.
