Webb, Dean E., 82, Windber, passed away September 8, 2018 at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center. Born July 28, 1936 in Windber. Son of Ralph and Ethel (Mock) Webb. Preceded in death by parents, 1^st wife Margaretta (Kaufman), 2^nd wife Norma (Blough), and 12 siblings. Survived by these children Joyce Kaufman, Rick Webb, Donna Webb, Patty (Webb) Sale, Michael Webb, Norman Blough and Scott Webb. Numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Siblings Nancy Tomlinson, Melva Yarnell, and Evelyn Allison. Also numerous nieces and nephews. Dean enjoyed his country music playing cards, board games and spending time with his family. The family will receive friends from 11:00 am until time of funeral at 1:00 pm, Monday at Meek & Dalla Valle Funeral Home Inc., Windber. Pastor Crissman, officiating.
