Charlotte (Bottorff) Kovach, Windber died Nov. 16, 2018 at home. Daughter of late Thomas W. and Lucille (Blough) Botorff. Widow of Steve Kovach. Sister of Don Bottorff, niece to Katy Bottorff, Central City. Also survived by cousins Bill and Connie Updyke, Windber. No service are planned. Charlotte's cremated remains will be interred with her husband at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies, Bridgeville, PA
