Barbara Ann Shepko

Shepko, Barbara Ann, 72, Windber, went to be with the Lord on Oct. 15, 2018. Born July 4, 1946 in Windber. Daughter of Gerald and Blanche (Godfrey) Krise. Preceded in death by parents and beloved brother Stan Krise. Survived by daughter Tina, wife of Dave Pelesky and grandchildren Hannah, wife of Travis Hazlett, Faith Pelesky, and Nathan Pelesky, all of Jennerstown. Sisters Joann Wellock, Mary Ellen Rush, Charlotte Saloney and Debbie Lucas. Also numerous nieces and nephews. Barb attended Calvary United Methodist Church, Windber. She was formerly employed by Bestform Foundations and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and sisters. The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm Thursday at Meek & Dalla Valle Funeral Home Inc., Windber, where funeral will be held at 11 am Friday. Pastor Chuck Hildbold officiating. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Cambria County Humane Society in memory of Barb.
