Rice, Scott Dennis, 52, passed away July 29, 2020 in King George, Virginia. Born March 12, 1968 in Johnstown. Preceded in death by father, Dennis Walter Rice. Survived by loving mother, Dorothy Jean (Jezeskie) Rice and companion Ronald Podlucky, Windber; children, Deric married to Natalie, Texas; Dennis, King George, VA; and Grace, Oklahoma; grandson, Kacey; brother, Kevin married to Lori; sister, Jodi married to Joe Naylor, all of Windber; nephews, Justin, Matt, Zach, Garret and Devin; and by niece, Samantha. He was a U.S. Army Veteran, life member of the NRA, VFW, and enjoyed riding his Harley.  Family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, August 7, at Meek & Dalla Valle Funeral Home, Windber. Funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday, August 8, at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, Windber, with Rev. Ruth Jensen, officiating.
