Rosa Mae Seback

Seback, Rosa Mae, 74, Belmont, passed away August 26, 2020 at Memorial Medical Center. Born June 30, 1946 in Fort Worth, Texas, daughter of the late Melvin Long and Frances (Hurst) Davis. Preceded in death by step father, Roswell Davis. Survived by loving husband, James Seback, Belmont; sons, Billy Wayne Sterner married to Michelle, Burleson, Texas; and Shane Patrick Sterner married to Rebecca, York Springs, PA; also by numerous nieces, nephews and grandchildren. She was a U.S. Air Force Veteran and member of VFW Post 155 Richland. Rosa was a faithful member of St. Mary's Byzantine Church, Windber. Family will receive friends from 1 to 4:00 p.m. Sunday, August 30, at Meek & Dalla Valle Funeral Home, Windber, where Parastas will be sung at the funeral home. Divine Liturgy will be held 11:00 a.m. Monday, August 31, at St. Mary's Byzantine Church, Windber, Fr. Ivan Rusyn. Committal with military rites by VFW post 155 at St. Mary's Byzantine Cemetery, Windber.
