Rev. Valerie J. Conrad-Dembinsky

70, Windber, passed away February 4, 2020 at Richland Healthcare and Rehabilitation. Born Oct. 28, 1949 in Windber. Daughter of the late George and Reba P. (Graham) Conrad. Survived by loving husband of 45 years Daniel D. Dembinsky and also cousin Linda Statler of Windber. Valerie received her bachelors degree from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown. She then received her masters at Weslyn University in Washington D.C. Member of Calvary United Methodist Church, Windber and Chapter of the Eastern Star. Valerie was a pastor in many Methodist churches in the area. She was also a substitute teacher at Windber Area School District and a member of Windber LOOM 349, American Legion Post 137, Windber VFW Post 4795, Polish Falcons and Slovak Educational Club. Visitation will be held from 2-4 and 6-8 pm Thursday at Meek & Dalla Valle Funeral Home, Inc., Windber, where an Eastern Star service will be held at 7:00 pm.
