Joshua A. Shaulis

Shaulis, Joshua A., 44, Windber, passed away November 24, 2022 at home. Born November 5, 1978 in Johnstown, son of the late Roger and Karen Shaulis. Survived by loving sons, Aidan J. and Cole A. Shaulis, Windber; dear friend and loving mother of his children, Christine DiLoreto - Kaniuk married to Eric, Windber; brothers, Justin Shaulis married to David, New Jersey; and Ryan Shaulis married to Danielle, Altoona; also by niece, Kayla Shaulis; and many friends. Josh was a Catholic by faith and formerly attended mass at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Windber when his sons were young. He earned his master's degree and cared for others as a Registered Nurse, also a proud veteran of the U.S. Army Reserves, lifetime member of the Harley Owners Group and the Windber Moose. Josh was a smart, talented, loving soul, who wanted to fight his addiction, but unfortunately, he lost the battle and the reality of Josh’s death is devastating to all who knew him. No possible reason can justify this loss. At the request of the family, there will be no viewing and private celebration of life will be held at a later date. Cremation arrangements entrusted to Meek & Dalla Valle Funeral Home of Windber.
