George W. Bibby

Bibby, George W., 62, Windber, passed away December 3, 2022 at Memorial Medical Center. Born June 6, 1960 in Johnstown, son of the late Jack and Susan (Shima) Bibby. Preceded in death by brothers, David Bibby and Dennis James Bibby. Survived by loving wife of 45 years, Elaine (Clark) Bibby; daughters, Terri married to Jason Claar; Cherie Washington; and Kristin married to Brett Miller, all of Windber; grandchildren, Corinne married to Ben Rager, Courtney married to Josh Maggi, Adeline Miller, Jocelyn Miller, Waylon Miller, Zaiden Washington, Gino Nardecchia and soon baby Nardecchia; great grandchildren, Ethyn Claar, Ryleigh Rager, Cody Rager and Tyler Rager; brother, John Bibby married to Christine and their family; sister, Denise married to Jim Lehman and their family; sister in laws, Sherry Bibby; and Janet Williams; brother in law Robert Whistler; former son in law LaShaun Washington; also by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. George was a proud U.S. Air Force veteran and retired after many years from the United States Postal Service. Family will receive friends Friday, December 9th at Meek & Dalla Valle Funeral Home of Windber, from 4 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. service with Rev. Nathan Crissman, officiating.
