James Dagostino Obituary

James A. Dagostino, 67, of Bedford formerly of Windber died peacefully at home on Dec. 9, 2018. Born April 19, 1951 in Windber. Son of Fortunato and Joycelyn (Caton) Dagostino. Preceded in death by parents and siblings Judith Dagostino, Larry Dagostino and Robert Dagostino. Survived by wife Donna (Petras) and these children Randy Dagostino and wife Anna (Wasilko), Reynoldsville, Lisa Dagostino, Johnstown and step-sister Katherine Doud. Grandchildren Amber Turner and Dakota Dagostino, step-grandchildren Kyra Lethco, Nicholas Flaum, Oden Chambers, Knox Parys and Alessa Riddle. Also survived by siblings Marsha Roudabush, Brian, John and Richard Dagostino. Also his special Beagle “Maggie.” Jim was a Cpl in the United States Marine Corp. Friends will be received from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Meek & Dalla Valle Funeral Home Inc., Windber, where a celebration of life service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday. Interment Berkey Cemetery. Military graveside rites by Conemaugh Valley Detachment 287 Marine Corp. League. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Wounded Warriors or any other charity of your choice
