Bothwell, Norma F., 77, Windber formerly of Jerome and Quemahoning Towers died July 2, 2016 at the Church of the Brethren Home. Born December 24, 1938 in Hollsopple daughter of the late Austin and Annie L. (Thomas) Stahl. Also preceded in death by husband James, brother Austin M Stahl, brother-in-law Ben Cobaugh, nieces Connie M. Salem, Janice G. Lape, & Carol Lape, and special friend A.J. Sciotti.
Sister of Dolores, wife of Robert Lape, Davidsville, & Alice Cobaugh, Johnstown. Sister-in-law to Janet (Horner) Stahl, Davidsville.
Aunt to Jim (Amy) Cobaugh, Ton (Stephanie) Cobaugh, Tim Cobaugh, Matt Cobaugh, Pamela (Bob) Kristoff, Bill (Ruth) Lape, Jeff (Sharon) Lape, Kevin Lape, Kim Livingston, Sandy (Chris) Peifer, & Ron (Jean) Stahl. Also survived by numerous great nieces and great nephews.
Norma was a 1957 graduate of Conemaugh Twp. H.S. She worked at various jobs but more recently at former GeeBee, Richland Twp, Allegheny Social Ministries, and Maple Spring Church of the Brethren. She was a longtime member of Maple Spring Church of the Brethren and currently member of Windber Church of the Brethren. The family will receive friend from 5 to 8 pm Wed. at Meek & Dalla Valle Funeral Home, Inc., Windber and one hour prior to the service at the church. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 am Thurs. at Maple Spring Church of the Brethren. Pastors Guy Myers and Joe Brown officiating. Interment Maple Spring Cemetery.
